Train the Trainer

When new sales people are hired it’s critical to get them acclimated to the language, processes, and tools of your sales organization as quickly as possible. Many large organizations, especially those with global sales teams, benefit from enrolling sales managers or learning and development personnel in Sales Excellence’s Train the Trainer program to allow for quick implementations of training. Train the Trainer is also an effective way to ensure that all sales members are consistently and regularly applying the selling skills and processes.

Who Should Be Trained

Individuals in a Train the Trainer program should have sales experience and experience with practical applications of the skills in the Sales Excellence program they intend to teach. Trainers must first complete the Sales Excellence program and then observe the program being taught.

Program Description

The Train the Trainer certification can be obtained through either an on-site or on-line program.

Sales Excellence® Train-the-Trainer Certification (On-Site) 
Eight hours of train-the-trainer training and coaching to be delivered at your location or ours. The session will be used to discuss each program module, test your knowledge and retention of the material, as well as talk about how to deliver training and reinforcement to your team. Participation in the program you wish to be certified for (either live or online) is a prerequisite.

Sales Excellence® Train-the-Trainer Certification (Online) 
Eight hours of train-the-trainer training and coaching to be delivered via web conference typically in one-hour sessions. These sessions are used to discuss each program module, test your knowledge and retention of the material, as well as talk about how to deliver training and reinforcement to your team. Participation in the program you wish to certified for (either live or online) is a prerequisite.
