Before and After the Workshop
Although we offer a wide array of sales training programs, we
almost never
deliver any workshop "off the shelf." Preparation for an upcoming workshop typically involves
multiple interviews with workshop participants as well as
their managers and other business executives which can include field
surveys or skills assessments in order to customize and fine-tune the
content to address specific goals and objectives.
To ensure lasting changes in sales behavior, we typically
follow-up a live workshop by conducting short web-conferences at 30
and/or 60 days after the training event to review and reinforce the core
materials and concepts covered in the workshop, share success stories
from the field about practical application, and answer follow-up
questions from the team. In this way we partner with our clients to help
them produce lasting changes in sales behavior as opposed to simply delivering a generic
training seminar.
We also offer one-of-a-kind custom sales training programs, typically in
conjunction with a sales consulting engagement, that are designed to effect
major changes in targeted sales performance measures.
