When you purchase or access a program or digital product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for your internal business use only. This license does not transfer ownership.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, republish, or distribute materials without written permission
• Use materials for resale or commercial redistribution
• Share login credentials with unauthorized users
• Record, duplicate, or publicly display proprietary training content

3. Consulting and Training Engagements

Corporate consulting engagements and live training services are governed by separate written agreements where applicable. In the absence of a separate agreement, these Terms apply.

Results from consulting or training services are dependent upon client implementation and execution. The Company does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue increases, or business results.

4. Online Courses and Digital Programs

Access to online courses and membership platforms may be delivered through third-party platforms such as Kajabi. Access rights are granted for the duration specified at purchase. The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue digital content at any time.

Sharing login credentials or distributing course materials outside your organization without authorization is strictly prohibited.

5. Subscription Services

If you enroll in a subscription service, you agree to recurring billing at the rate disclosed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy stated at checkout.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Assessments and Diagnostic Tools

Sales Excellence assessments and diagnostic tools are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Assessment results are based on participant responses and are not guarantees of performance outcomes. The Company is not responsible for decisions made based on assessment results.

7. SMS Communications

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Sales Excellence, Inc., you consent to receive recurring text messages related to programs, events, updates, and services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All materials and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Sales Excellence, Inc. makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The website will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Digital content will always be available
• Services will produce specific business outcomes
• The website will be free from viruses or harmful components

9. Limitation of Liability
